Jarrod Johnson - CEO
Jarrod Johnson, Founder and Co-Owner of JPF discovered his talent in flooring at 17 years old. His friend’s father hired him on to learn the trade but would never guess a part time hire would have sparked the entrepreneur today. Starting out in residential flooring Jarrod saw the vision of systematically creating his own crew, projects and efficient procedures. Several years later he launched JPF with a one-man crew and saw project coordinating, customer care and product knowledge as the keys to success to start a full organization.

Jarrod Johnson, Founder and Co-Owner of JPF discovered his talent in flooring at 17 years old. His friend’s father hired him to learn the flooring trade and Jarrod would never have guessed that a part-time high-school job would have sparked the entrepreneur he is today. Starting out in residential flooring, Jarrod envisioned systematically building his own business: hiring a crew, successfully delivering projects, and creating efficient procedures. Several years later he launched JPF with a one-man crew. Delivering creative solutions for his clients, with exemplary customer care and product knowledge have been the keys to success for expanding his dream.
Paries Johnson – Co Owner
Paries Johnson, Co-Owner of JPF Renovations, joined JPF Commercial Flooring in 2014 to partner with her then-fiancé in growing the company. Coming from the real estate world with education in business and marketing and construction background, Paries paired their successful ventures into the team of skilled trades and supportive network going from subcontracting into retail projects. Together they saw the possibility of flourishing both sets of skills: as lead technician and sales for Jarrod; and Paries with her strong aptitude for business development and operations. Now with a supporting office staff exceeding goals each year, Paries plans to rise as a woman in the construction industry in Calgary.
